Your data

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted or de-identified

  • Your name, WhatsApp profile name, company and role
  • Your encrypted phone link and work-email domain
  • Your profile photo, nominee details and personal profile fields
  • Your private saved-contact records and member activity record
  • Your active sessions and working card access

Kept for legal accountability

Consent, disclosure and audit records are retained only for as long as required by applicable law. Your contact details and identifying profile fields are removed, so these records no longer identify or contact you.

If another person saved details that you previously chose to share, that copy is held by them and is outside Faydo Connect's control. We stop any further disclosure by Faydo Connect.
