Faydo Connect

Exhibitor Terms of Engagement

These are the terms for using Faydo Connect — lead capture at events and on ordinary business days, the exhibitor console, and the rep app. They are separate from the Faydo Terms of Use, which cover the consumer marketplace and describe a different product.

Version 2026-09-07

1. Who this is between

Taladhwaja Global Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("Faydo", "we") and the company on whose behalf the console is used ("you", "the exhibitor"). These terms are accepted twice: once on the signup form, and again inside the console by each owner and admin the first time they sign in, and whenever the terms change. The person accepting confirms they are authorised to accept on the company's behalf. If you are not, do not accept — sign out and ask the person who is.

We record which version was accepted, when, and by whom, against your company's account. A new version of these terms is a new acceptance; it never rewrites what you agreed to before.

2. What the service does

Your rep scans a visitor's card, or the visitor scans your stand's code with their own phone. The visitor is asked on WhatsApp whether to share their details, with whom, and what for. If they agree, you receive their details, the interests they selected, and a timestamped consent record carrying the exact notice the visitor was shown. If they decline, or do not answer, you receive nothing.

The same capture works at an event and on an ordinary business day — a meeting, a visit, a counter. Unlimited reps and unlimited devices. There is no hardware to rent and nothing to install.

3. What is charged, and when

4. Events, and what is yours to manage

Events are enabled by Faydo. An event is set up on our side and switched on for your account when you ask — write to us with the event, the dates and your stand, and we enable it. You cannot create or enable an event from the console.

Everything else is yours. In the console an owner or admin manages your offerings (what you sell, which becomes what a visitor is asked to consent to), your team (who is a rep, who is an admin, and until when), your company record, and your leads. We never add your reps — every person on your stand traces to a decision somebody at your company made.

5. Your data: how long we keep it, and your control over it

6. What you agree to do

7. What we do, and what we never do

8. Data protection, and our role under the DPDP Act

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Faydo is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data a visitor shares through Faydo Connect. We decide the purpose and the means of that processing, we obtain the visitor's consent directly from them, we keep the record of it, and we answer to the visitor for it — including their right to withdraw, to see who received their details, and to have them erased.

When a visitor's details are disclosed to you under their consent, you become responsible for what you do with them from that point. For the data in your hands you are the Data Fiduciary in your own right, and you answer for your own use of it — including any request the visitor makes to you directly. We do not process that data on your instructions, and we are not your Data Processor.

Every disclosure to you is logged and appears in that visitor's own record of who received their details. A staff member at Faydo who reads a lead or a request must give a reason, which is logged and shown to the person it concerns. Our full position is in the Faydo Connect Privacy Policy.

9. Access, and when it ends

A rep's access ends when the event they were added for ends; an owner's or admin's runs ninety days beyond it, which is the window in which follow-up actually happens, and can be extended on request. Access that outlives its purpose is access nobody remembers granting.

We may suspend access if it is being used outside these terms — most obviously capturing without consent, or contacting people for something they did not agree to. We will tell you why. Your consent records and your captured leads are not deleted by a suspension; section 5 still applies.

10. What we do not promise

We do not promise a number of leads. The service captures what your stand or your team actually captures, and how many people you meet is a matter of your stand, your team and the event.

The service depends on WhatsApp and on connectivity, neither of which we control. Captures taken offline are held on the device and sent when the network returns.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms as our business changes and as government regulation changes — including any rules made under the DPDP Act. A change is a new version with a new date at the top of this page. Every owner and admin is asked to read and accept the new version the next time they sign in, and the console records who accepted it and when. A change does not rewrite what you agreed to under an earlier version. Material changes are also sent to the owner's email address before they apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
